Yellow Flowers

Hello,

I fell in love with this card when I saw an ad for Gina K Designs in one of my Cardmaker magazines and I just had to CAS it. :) It really came together easy. I used yellow cardstock for the base. First I stamped the flowers onto a piece of white cardstock, than used a green marker and a ruler to make the stems for the flowers. I put brads in the center of each flower than mounted it on black cardstock, stamped the sentiment and mounted everything onto the yellow card base. Thanks for looking.

Birthday Card

Here is another Birthday card that I made for my Mom's stash. It came together very quickly. You can't see it very well in the picture but I had a bit of glitter to the butterfly. I embossed the butterfly in black and colored it in with a Sakura Pen. Very easy peasy. The sentiment is the SU set Warmest Regards, it seems to be my go to set for the sentiments on my cards. :) Thanks for looking

Stamp TV Sketch Challenge

This is a card that I made for the sketch challenge over at StampTV. It was a lot of fun to create and I really like how it turned out, you can't see it in the picture but I used a Sakura Clear Glitter pen to add sparkle to the green bulbs. I am trying to keep myself motivated and work on some challenges. StampTV is one of my favorite places to go to for inspiration. Gina does such a wonderful job explaining and showing how she puts her cards together on her video's. Thanks Gina for the hard work you do and for all the inspiration you pass on. :)

baby cards

I made these two cards for my Mom who needed some baby cards. They were very easy and came together rather quickly. I used my Fancy Tags Nesties that my bestest buddy Lisa (Hi, Sis) gave me for my birthday. Love how the brads look with the tags. I colored in the images with Prisma colored pencils and baby oil. This is my favorite way to color an image. :) Thanks for looking.

These are the note cards that I made for the kids to send to family and friends they recieved gifts from. I just love that fat little snowman. :) I used Rose Red to color in the scarf on the snowman for my Daughter and Brocade Blue for my Son. Used a glitter pen to add some sparkle to the snow and the snowman's body

Christmas Card

This is the Christmas Card that I created to send out in 2010. I had a lot of fun making them. They came together pretty easy. The embossing is what took the longest, but I worked assembly style so it wasn't so bad. I love to work assembly style when I have a lot of the same card to make, usually just for Holiday's. It is what works best for me. :)
